Slate Wine Bar + Bistro is excited to offer a culinary experience like no other in D.C. Join Chef Danny Lledó at the Chef's Table for his new dinner series, Dreaming of Dénia, featuring a four course, Paella-focused menu, a Paella cooking demonstration, and an optional wine pairing.
Chef Lledó will entertain up to twelve guests as he demonstrates his award-winning Paella techniques and recipes on an open Paella grill, and regales diners with stories of growing up in Dénia, Spain. This exclusive opportunity lets diners interact directly with Chef Lledó as they enjoy the food and camaraderie in Slate's semi-private dining space on the second floor.
Offered for only four Saturdays this summer, on July 15 [No longer available], 22, 29 and August 5, guests can choose from two seatings at 6:00 pm or 8:30 pm. The four course menu is offered at $45 per person with an optional $25 wine pairing. Tax and gratuity extra, to be paid in-person on date of reservation.
