Problem

PrizePicks, a leading DFS game company, sought an efficient event management solution for their upcoming three-day off-site summer conference and employee training program. With multiple sessions and activities planned, it was crucial to ensure a synchronized and seamless flow throughout the event. Attendees needed to choose sessions based on their work roles and interests, making it essential to provide a platform that would manage all categories. As an internal company event, the conference aimed to deliver value through educational sessions, networking opportunities, team-building activities, and interactive sessions.
