Ever try to balance your chakras or meditate? only to find yourself giving up after just a few minutes? Well, maybe we can help. Meditating isn't easy for everyone and having a guide can be helpful for any beginners out there!
In class experience a 30 minute guided meditation to help you refresh your energy and improve your mind-body connection. When you begin to improve your energy condition you can help your mind and body to feel brighter and clearer.
This is a great class for anyone exploring and learning about the world of energy and mindfulness.
