Author Event with Jacob Grant/Umami

Join Anderson’s Bookshop for an author event with Jacob Grant, to celebrate the release of his newest book, Umami, on Tuesday, October 29th at 5:00 pm in our Downers Grove store.

Event Format

We will begin checking you in approximately 30 minutes before the start time. After a presentation and Q&A with the author, the line will form in numbered order with the following guidelines:

• Posed photo with your camera taken by our staff

• There is a limit of 2 books from home to be signed (unless otherwise stated)
  

• There is a limit of 1 personalization of the new book only (unless otherwise stated)

Pre-registration is required for this event because space is limited.

Umami, sick of cold fish, travels the world trying different and delicious food to bring back home for the other penguins to try.

Umami is tired of eating cold fish.

But fish is what the penguins eat. Fish for every meal and birthdays too. To find new exciting foods, Umami adventures across the sea and discovers flavors and spices that are inspiring! She has to share them.

But will the other penguins share her love for these different foods?
