Cushions are provided as well as instruction for the newcomer. At 9am on Sunday mornings in the Tela Room of the Glenwood Life Center. All are welcome regardless of experience. If attending for the first time more allowance to arrive at least 15 minutes early as to get brief introduction to the formalities of zazen. Session starts promptly at 9am. If for some reason arriving after 9am please wait mindfully outside the room till door opens as to not disrupt the sitting that has begun.
