Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Training for the Pennsylvania ODP Participant Directed Services (PDS) program!

As a part of a Federal mandate, on July 5th, Palco will implement EVV with all Pennsylvania ODP Participants and Support Service Professionals (SSP).EVV will be the new way your SSPs clock in and out for every services. Compliance with EVV will be required by all SSPs.

Training will cover the mobile application,telephony/IVR solution, and our Connect system. We will also have opportunities for you to ask questions to ensure an easy transition for all. We hope you will all join us to learn more!
