Almost Famous by Kathleen Dagis:
From my humble beginnings as a part of the extra and crew, to stepping in for actors and even delivering lines on-screen, I have wholeheartedly embraced every opportunity that came my way. Through unwavering determination, I have been blessed to pursue my dreams in various roles within the industry. While my professional background lies in banking, property management, and real estate - providing stability and sustenance - my heart has always been drawn to the captivating world of the entertainment business, particularly the TV and film industry. It is within this realm that I feel most alive and fulfilled. In recent years, I have fearlessly ventured into media interviews and daytime talk shows, embracing the thrill and excitement of sharing my story with the world. "Almost Famous" serves as a powerful reminder that each and every one of us should chase our passions at some point in life. Dreams do come true, and I am here to ignite that spark of possibility within you. Trust in yourself, and witness the wondrous transformation of the seemingly impossible into a magnificent reality.
A Mark in the Road by Angelique Burrell
Every tire track tells a story. At least that's what accident experts say. And there's no better expert than eighteen-year-old Mason. Mason dreads the skid marks left by braking tires. Every makr - every near miss, dead animal, injured person - plays like a soundless documentary in his mind. When Mason's on-again-off-again crush Addie begs him to drive cross-country to help her move, he must face what he thought was his greatest fear - the open road. But a tire mark left near a missing woman's car on the Loneliest Road in America changes everything. As Mason searches for clues, he and Addie drive closer to trouble and risk losing everything. Can his strange gift finally serve a purpose? Can he race against the clock and drive 2,000 miles before the skid mark dissappears?
