Liz Rogers serves as the Chief Information Officer for Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government. With over 20 years of experience in Kentucky state government, Liz has led diverse IT teams and initiatives across multiple disciplines. Her career is characterized by a dedication to service management, continuous improvement, and her unique ability to integrate people, processes, products, and partners to enhance governmental technology services. Liz is a lifelong resident of the Bluegrass region and holds a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Kentucky.
Amanda Sarratore
Amanda Sarratore, Chief Information Officer at The Lexington School, is renowned for her strategic planning, network security readiness, and IT operational excellence. With a career marked by successful leadership of high-performing teams and the delivery of over 7,500 hours of IT projects, Amanda balances the school's IT needs with its strategic goals. She holds an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Management from the University of Tennessee at Martin, along with certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, and ITIL Foundations.
Smitha Chopra
Smitha Chopra is the Director of Product Development & Integration at the University of Kentucky’s Information Technology Services (ITS) - Enterprise Applications. She excels in collaborating with campus leaders to drive impactful digital products that enhance user experiences, create efficiencies, and support digital transformation objectives. With a strong background in enterprise-scale software development, Smitha leads a team of talented software designers, architects, and engineers. A resident of Lexington, KY, she enjoys exploring new travel and culinary adventures with her family and friends.
