SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2020 will be the 2nd Annual Heart Of A Veteran Gala, and it'll be unlike any gala you've seen before.

This year, in the quest to open the Heart Of A Veteran Holistic Healing Center, a wellness and retreat center for veterans and their caregivers, HOAV Founder Jordan Holwell, her Board, and her dedicated Gala Committee are proud to host the 2nd Annual Heart Of A Veteran Gala on Saturday, September 19, 2020; all who support veterans and military servicemembers are invited to participate.

Danielle Tufano, 95.9FM The River morning show co-host and Program Director, will MC the event. Dinner will be individually provided by Blee's Smokin' Delicious bbq food truck and Doctor Dogs outdoor kitchen food truck; a Good Humor ice cream truck will stop by for desserts. Masks will be available for those who forget to bring one; Two Brothers Hand Sanitizer will be on-hand at various stations throughout the event. Live music from Charles & Company band will close out the evening.

About Heart Of A Veteran, NFP: 

Heart Of A Veteran is an Illinois 501(c)3 that provides holistic approaches to wellness for veterans at no cost and to caregivers for low cost. The open-to-the-public gala will raise funds to develop a full-service holistic wellness center to treat veterans, including those who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), as well as their families and caregivers.

Heart Of A Veteran NFP was founded by Naperville resident and business owner Jordan Holwell, LMT and Owner of Higher Energy Massage Therapy. Jordan, who specializes in functional and structural body work and craniosacral therapy, has offered low/no cost massages to veterans and active-duty military personnel for the past 10 years.
