No doubt this quarantine has really put our athletes behind and although some have resumed training, it is still not enough to get your gymnast “back” to where she would be if we hadn’t closed.
Because they are behind (like all other gyms), we want to provide your gymnast a limited opportunity to work out at her own pace, on the skills she wants to work on, in a supervised program called “GET IT BACK!”
It is team coach monitored/supervised and self-paced so they can work on what they want, for as long as they want. No rotation schedule and limited spotting.
