Using chairs and other yoga props, this class is designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance, and increase flexibility for people new to yoga or those experiencing joint sensitivity, overall stiffness due to lack of activity, or other physical limitations. All classes end with restorative poses, using supports and gravity for deep relaxation... helping release tension and reduce stress.
