Fitness Fun..."New this year"...There will be a variety of both adult, children and family fitness classes offered.
**People of all ages and fitness levels can do the most basic of all these fitness classes offered**

7:00-8:00 am - Group Fitness (adults)
Group fitness class, participants we asked to arrive about ten to 15 minutes before class starts in order to find a spot in the room, and to not interrupt a class that is already in progress. Class will begin with a gentle warm-up session followed by the actual workout (sculpt, conditioning and cardio), and then a cool-down period. Instructors may offer modifications for exercises that are too difficult for individual students, and may be able to answer questions during class as well as to provide motivation. Group fitness classes are a great way to lose weight, get in shape, and keep going when you might otherwise want to stop exercising. The classes can also help you learn other types of fitness equipment and new methods for exercising on one's own. If you are nervous to try a group fitness class alone, bring a friend along to give it a try and to motivate each other. This class is for all levels and experience in the gym. Â

11:00-12:00 pm - Kids Fitness (children 6yrs & up)Â
Kids Fitness is a program that combines a cardio workout with strength and flexibility exercises for children who are now at the age when they are surrounded by distractions of TV, the Internet and video games. Endurance and motor skills are increased through exciting and dynamic activities with a certified group trainer. The focus will be on specific muscle groups, utilize a 4-station circuit-training course. All children, regardless of their athletic abilities, will enjoy this class.Â
- Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
- Loose-fitting, functional clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
- Proper gym shoes, comfortable fit, good stability
- Parent or Guardian must remain onsite for the entire hour of the event.
