Small batch craft distillation of superior, highly aromatic wine selected for exceptional quality.

Non-chill filtered and unadulterated by boisé (powdered oak, shavings or infusion) other flavors, sugar or caramel color.

Matured in Kentucky bourbon barrels with support from medium-char New American white oak barrels for balance, complexity and a polished, velvety finish.
