Black Fashion America presents "Black Fashion Week USA" a series of events dedicated to the brand exposure and economic advancement for designers of color around the US.

LifeStyle Fashion Show at the DuSable Museum of African American History.

6:30pm to 7:30pm VIP Mix, Mingle, Network enjoy light snacks while browsing our shop and designers.

Emerging Designer/LifeStyle Fashion Show 7:30 pm to 9:00pm

9:00pm-10: Mix, Mingle and Network, and connect with designers.

All ticket sales are final.

Parking and Transportation

1. Where is parking?

Public Parking is available near the DuSable Museum. Additional parking lot at $8 per person validated at the University of Chicago near by. All guest must pay at the parking lot if choose to park there. Other wise there is plenty of park district parking surrounding the Museum. .

2. What other transportation methods are available?

We recommend Car Pooling, as well as using Lyft and or uber to our events. CTA buses, trains are nearby.

3. If I forgot to print my ticket do I still have access to the event?

We have an electronic ticket system. If you purchased a ticket your name should be on our guest list. we have an (you didn't finish the sentence)

4. If I purchase a ticket to the public shopping event on Saturday February 25th at the South Shore Cultural center do I automatically gain access to the events on Sunday February 26th 2017?

The answer is NO. You will need a separate ticket to access each event each day during the fashion week.

5. Can I purchase VIP tickets/general tickets at the door?

We do not sell VIP tickets at the door. There are limited General Admission tickets sold at the door? you must arrive between 6:45-7:15pm to purchase limited general admission tickets at the door on a first come first basis. Please check the ticket links via eventbrite to ensure we have seats left for general admission.

6. Is there a Coat Check?

Yes we have ticketed coat check for your convenience.

7. When do I receive my VIP Swag Bag?

If applicable all swag bags are given out at the end of our events.

8. Is there smoking allowed during the event or in the facility?

There is absolutely no smoking allowed on the premises. Any such smoking will result in removal from the event.

9. What is the dress attire for the event?

Please come casual to semi formal. Dress to impress and have fun while taking pictures in front of our event backdrop
