This workshop is designed specifically for the beginner yogi, and is a great place for students with experience to fine tune their practice.
What we'll do:

Discuss the purpose of Yoga and the benefits of maintaining a practice

Break down the mechanics and alignment of the most commonly used yoga poses

Learn breathing and concentration techniques that can be used on and off the yoga mat

Sharpen the tools necessary to gain strength and flexibility

Learn ways to modify your practice around injuries and sensitivities
What to bring:

Yoga mat (free mats available at the studio)

Water + small towel (you may sweat a little)
