Join Anderson's Bookshops, in partnership with several of our fellow independent bookstores across the country, for a virtual event with Emmy Award-winning writer and host of Late Night, Seth Meyers, as we celebrate Seth’s debut picture book, I’M NOT SCARED, YOU’RE SCARED! Seth will be in conversation with the legendary author Judy Blume!

Each ticket includes a copy of the book.  The first 100 ticket holders will receive signed copies!

About the Author:

SETH MEYERS is an Emmy Award-winning writer and host of NBC’s “Late Night with Seth Meyers.” Meyers began his TV career with “Saturday Night Live” in 2001, where he was a cast member for 13 seasons. He served as head writer for nine seasons and “Weekend Update” anchor for eight. In 2019, he released his debut standup special, “Lobby Baby,” on Netflix. Meyers currently executive produces “The Amber Ruffin Show” on Peacock and IFC’s “Documentary Now!” In all, Meyers has garnered 27 Emmy nominations for his work in television. His first children’s book, “I’m Not Scared, You’re Scared,” will be released March 15, 2022.

 

JUDY BLUME spent her childhood in Elizabeth, New Jersey, making up stories inside her head. She has since published twenty-nine books, including Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret. She has written four novels for adults, In the Unlikely Event, Summer Sisters, Smart Women, and Wifey, all of them New York Times bestsellers. She was awarded the National Book Foundation Medal for Distinguished Contribution to American Letters in 2004. She and her husband George Cooper are proud to be co-founders of the Books & Books affiliate in Key West.
