Join us in celebrating the inspiring creative work
being done in Jersey City!
Amidst a global pandemic, calls for social change, and political unrest our local arts community has continued to create and inspire viewers, listeners, audiences and more with the work they've produced. We're celebrating the resiliency of our local artists and recognizing the outstanding work being done by our 12 award winners - as well as announcing the next Jersey City Poet Laureate!
Because of the pandemic, this year's Arts Awards will be held online. And instead of asking everyone to jump on one more Zoom chat, we've created a video of awards presentations, performances, and congratulations to the Jersey City arts community. And you're invited to join us for a special watch party and live chat to premiere the video on December 1.
It is free to join the watch party, but please consider "purchasing" a ticket below as a donation to the JCAC. Like many, the JCAC has been financially devastated by the pandemic. Please consider making a donation - every dollar helps support the JCAC and our mission to protect, strengthen, and promote the arts in Jersey City.
Prior to the event, you will receive an email with the YouTube Premieres link for the Arts Awards watch party. Then you'll have access to stream the Arts Awards video in real time with the rest of our arts community and live chat with them throughout the screening.Â

The Jersey City Arts Awards recognize the creative artists and
organizations at the forefront of our arts community. Each year, the
JCAC selects local artists from a wide range of categories that have
done exceptional work through their medium and had an out-sized impact on
the community.
