Enjoy Food, Family, And Fun At The Just Jersey Fest

This summer and fall, go enjoy a fantastic festival that’s making the rounds in New Jersey. Aptly named the Just Jersey Fest, you’ll get to partake in great gourmet food, excellent wine and beer choices, plenty of family activities, and wonderful live band entertainment. Plus, every festival event put on by the Just Jersey Fest benefits a charitable organization, and the charities receiving proceeds vary depending on which date you attend the event.
Food Trucks & Family Fun
The Just Jersey Fest brings together about thirty food trucks at each event, providing you with food choices that include Cajun food, American food, and everything in between. Plus, there is always a Craft Beer & Wine Bar with plenty of great beverage choices. There is also plenty of fun games for kids, so you’ll get to enjoy some fun with the whole family.
Besides the wide variety of food trucks and the bar, you’ll also get to enjoy plenty of live music. When you watch the bands, you’ll want to make sure you bring your own lawn chairs and blankets so you can get close to the stage and enjoy the show. In addition, if you have a canine best friend, you can bring them along with you as long as you use a leash.
Dates & Charities
Each upcoming date offered by the Just Jersey Fest is held at a different location and benefits a distinct charity. The Just Jersey Fest also asks that you bring non-perishable items in boxes and cans to donate to local services that help families in need.
- August 5 at Rockaway Boro Firemans Field, a benefit for the Rockaway Boro Fire Department.
- August 19 at the Municipal Field, a benefit for the Chester First Aid Squad.
- October 14 at Rockaway Boro Firemans Field, a benefit for the Rockaway Boro Fire Department.
- October 14 at the Washington Lake Park Amphitheatre, a benefit for Eleventh Hour Rescue.
- October 21 at Billian Park, a benefit for Bound Brook Revitalization Project.
- November 11 at Rockaway Boro Firemans Field, a benefit for the Rockaway Boro Fire Department.
Tickets cost $5 and children under 10 are free.
