TCC has an instructional capacity of 1,000 and features thirteen meeting rooms, with capacities ranging from 20 to 188. Additionally, it has a 200-seat auditorium. 3. County Line BBQ on the Lake


For a small, cozy, and intimate event, County Line BBQ on the Lake is an ideal pick. Situated in an old lake lodge, the venue enchants a beautiful back patio and grounds area, showcasing exquisite Texas weather and scenery. There are five event spaces with a seating and standing capacity of 500. The venue meets all A/V needs, provides Wi-Fi, coat-check, and handicap accessibility, and the highlight is it’s also pet-friendly. 


4. The Driskill
Event planners seek spaces with great vibes, atmosphere, and staff, and The Driskill fits the bill perfectly. It is a favorite among corporate event planners organizing large meetings and conferences. The 5,634-square-foot Driskill Mezzanine has hosted numerous medium to large events. Visitors love the historic decor, and the venue can accommodate attendees in various room sizes. 5. The SUNSET ROOM

6. Brazos Hall

Managed by Parkside Projects, it is located at 4th and Brazos and blends classic and modern charm with restored century-old longleaf pine floors, exposed steel beams, and brick exteriors. The 3,500-square-foot rooftop deck hosts major corporate events like fundraisers, product launches, conferences, and seminars. Additionally, the Main Hall offers 8,400 square feet of open space. The venue meets all bar service, catering, AV, and accessibility needs. Its seating capacity is 400, and the standing capacity is 1,000. 


7. Peached Social House


Peached Social House on North Lamar Boulevard is a modern, multi-functional event venue designed by architect Kevin Stewart. Equipped with all A/V, catering, lighting, and production amenities, it is popular for conferences, social events, dinner parties, product launches, and workshops. The elegantly designed venue has a seating capacity of 104 and a standing capacity of 175. 


8. Fairmont Austin
Fairmont Austin is equipped to handle personal events, gala parties, or corporate conferences. The city center hotel has 27 meeting rooms and a total meeting space of 140,000 square feet, all intuitively designed with the most competent and polite staff. The venue overlooks Palm Park and Waller Creek and offers direct access to the Austin Convention Center. The hotel is often used for board meetings and business presentations, but it can confidently host events of any size and complexity. 


9. Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa


For medium-scale events, consider Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa. It has over 76,000 sq ft (about twice the area of a large mansion) of flexible event spaces. Nestled amid hills, the venue offers the perfect ambiance for outdoor and indoor meetings. There are large rooms and smaller ones for breakout sessions and team-building activities. Fair Market is an iconic meeting venue in Austin ideal for corporate events, social events, festivals, creative weddings, and weekend markets. The venue has an indoor seating capacity of 450 and a standing capacity of 1,100. However, event planners need to bring their own furniture, lighting, and décor, while the venue takes care of A/V needs. 


13. Hilton Garden Inn Austin Downtown


Located a mile away from downtown Austin, this beautiful convention center features vintage 18th-century-style decor and Italian marble. Built in 1985 and renovated in 2007, the 18-story hotel has 254 rooms, and all the amenities event planners need for a memorable experience. The venue offers accessibility arrangements and spans a total event space of 212,985 square feet (about twice the area of a Manhattan city block), with meeting facilities like A/V, fax, copier, and administrative services readily available. 


14. Wyndham Garden Austin

15. The Paramount Theatre, Austin

19. Hogg Memorial Auditorium


The Hogg Memorial Auditorium is a theatre perfect for workshops, panel discussions, and meetings. With 1,000 seats, it is ideal for large-scale events. 20. Lone Star Court
