Swara pioneered the BollyHeels movement in summer of 2017 as an effort to empower individuals through movement!! Swara’s primary focus is making people feel comfortable in their skin, provide a space to explore and experiment with sensuality, and create a community of support and acceptance. In just a year, Swara’s vision has expanded through 70+ workshops in 18 cities through USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the list keeps growing! Our students have left class feeling confident, energetic and with rejuvenated love for their bodies. Through our classes, students have found a community of like-minded, strong women that support and elevate each other!
